We know that the land area of Indonesia is 1.904.345 square kilometers. So we can say that Indonesia is a large country. It has a large number of people consists of rural and urban society. Most of rural societies are farmers. They must work in their farm or rice field every day. The villagers want to increase their income so they move to cities in great number to get jobs. This number is increase in every year. They who have skill or good education can become government civil servants or employees of private Enterprises.

Most of job vacancy writing qualifications which we must have if we want to work in their company, Such as:

1. We must have good active verbal & written communication skills in English,

2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team structure,

3. Have a good leadership and initiative action,

4. have working experiences in Category you want to choice,

5. Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 from a reputable university

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills,

7. An analytical thinker and detail-oriented.

TV serial programs“Sinetron”

There are many kind of entertainment, such as Film, Drama, comedy, and others. In my country we can also watch these in movies, Television or theaters. In the cities, we can look on entertainment in the movies or theaters easily but it is not for villagers ones. The villagers must going through on long distance to go to movies or theaters. Although it is not easy to watching the movie but it is no problems because they can still watch entertainment on TV.

It is also different between a rich people in cities and a poor people. The rich people can see film at home as same as on the movie by their home theater. I like enjoy entertainment on TV because it is cheaper than the movie. There are many soap opera or TV serial which I can choose and watch on the TV but I l prefer comedy to TV serial. We usually call TV serial programs as “Sinetron” (Sinema Elektronik). It means Electronic cinema.
There are many TV serial artists in my country. One of them is Tamara Blesinsky. She is a beautiful and talented actress. Beside, acting in TV serial she can also write and read poems, soap advertisement star, and act in play on a stage of theaters goodly. She always give her best perform to entertain the audience. Audience is very important part for she because without an audience, she only rehearsing or practicing.

How about films? There are many artist and film in my country. One of them is Dian Sastro Wardoyo. She is beautiful and clever actress. She was act in many films, such as “Ada Apa Dengan Cinta The Movie”, “Ungu Violet”, “Banyu Biru”, so on. There are many actors too. Tora Sudiro is one of Favorites actors. He is a muscular and handsome actor. She was act in “Banyu Biru”, “Otomatis Romantis”, “Naga Bonar jadi 2”, so on.
